PHASE 1: REGULATE
Create Safety in Your Nervous System
The foundation of embodied sales success is safety in the body.
Commission-based sales (and sales in general!) can keep you in “high alert” mode, reactive, vigilant, and emotionally activated. In Phase 1, you’ll learn to slow down, breathe again, and build the internal safety that sustainable success requires.

Through nervous-system regulation and embodied practices, you’ll begin releasing survival energy and discovering what true calm feels like in your body.
​
You’ll learn to recognize perfectionism, self-doubt, and your inner critic as they arise and you'll know how to soften their grip. We’ll calm your physiological response to rejection so you no longer spiral into overanalysis or emotional reactivity.

You’ll build resilience and the ability to recover quickly, stay anchored in your body, and respond with clarity and grace.

The foundation of embodied sales success is connection to your body, your worth, and your feminine power.
This phase is about reconnecting to your worth, your intuition, and your authentic power. You shift from striving and proving to feeling and magnetizing.

When a woman is grounded in her body and rooted in her worth, she becomes naturally magnetic. Her presence invites trust. Her energy feels steady. Her leadership feels aligned and clients want to work with her.

Selling becomes less of a performance and more of an expression.
​
Together, we untangle self-worth from productivity and outcomes. We soften people-pleasing, overgiving, and the pressure to prove. You begin to feel worthy of success and money at a body and heart level, not just intellectually.
